On : 12.2.5 version, Invoices
PAIGEN_SINGLE: PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project ends in error
ERROR

INVOICE HAS BEEN CREATED WITHOUT ANY LINES
In FND log it can be seen the below error message:
pa_retn_billing_pkg.Create_Retn_Invoice_Lines : Oracle Error : ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PA"."PA_DRAFT_INVOICE_ITEMS"."TEXT")
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go in Projects responsibility > View > Requests < Run PAIGEN_SINGLE: PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Single Project.
2. Check the log file and also PA_DRAFT_INVOICES_ALL.TRANSFER_REJECTION_REASON
