Symptoms

The License exception code as part of the compliance rule is not being applied to the Transaction
Control Screening Results in the transaction line does not show values for exception control type and code
After clearing cache, these values are updated

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Execute Compliance Rule.
2. Control Screening Results in the transaction line does not show values for exception control type and code
3. Correct Data seen after clearling cache
