"Create Another" Button Missing On Rapid Order Release Confirmation Screen (Doc ID 2523352.1)

Symptoms

After copying the RAPID_ORDER_RELEASE Manager Layout to a custom one, it is assigned to a menu. When used to create and Order Release, there is no "Create Another" button included on the confirmation page. Only "Modify Another" and "Actions" button are displayed.
