Symptoms
On Production Environment: 12.2.6 version, Core Payroll - General
When attempting to Rollback Run ,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Saudi HRMS Manager > View > Request > Rollback Run >
2. Completed successfully but there is no rollback happen
3. log file shows ->ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error
