Symptoms

When attempting to approve a supplier user, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Error message" ORA-20001: An unexpected error has occurred. Please try again later and if the problem persists, please contact your system administrator. ORA-06512: at "APPS.POS_SUPP_APPR", line 2670 ORA-06512: at line 1"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iSupplier Management Administrator Responsibility ->
2. Supplier Home ->
3. "Prospective Supplier Registrations" (Hyperlink right side of page) ->
4. Pending Approval Supplier ->
5. Open ->
6. Action: Approve -> Go
7. Error occurs
