Signature Not Applied to Product Jar Files (Doc ID 252380.1)

Symptoms

Copy and paste does not work. Accessing Forms applications results in either a Yellow Warning Bar or triangle in R12, or a Java Security Exception.

Running adadmin to generate and sign jar files, as documented in <Note 944963.1>, does not resolve the issue.

The IdentityDB.obj file exists and is in the $HOME directory of "appl manager"

The following is noted in the adadmin log file:
No signature will be applied to the product JAR files in JAVA_TOP -
