Unable To Add New Value To Fixed List In Manager Layout (Doc ID 2524054.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In editing mode of a Manager Layout, in a field set with a Fixed List, not able to add value or remove value.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The value should be saved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Manager Layout.

2) On the Detail tab Header section click Customize Section then Add Field.

3) Set Label = USER_PREFERENCE and Field = User Defined Attribute1.

4) Edit the new field and check Fixed List.

5) Add 2 new values where Display/Value = Test1 and Test2 and save.

6) Click Finished.

7) Edit the layout again and add one more Display/Value = Test3.

8) Click Save.

9) Take the drop down on USER_PREFERENCE and note only Test1 and Test2 are

shown. Test3 is missing.

10) Click Finished and re-inquire and Test3 is still missing.
