Symptoms
When attempting to run Create Accounting - Assets,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Error Number: 0
Error Message: The subledger journal entry does not balance in the entered currency. Please verify the entered amounts on the journal entry lines.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter Partial Retirement.
2. Run Depreciation.
3. Run Create Accounting - Assets.
