Changes in The Function "Create Document" after Upgrading from R12.1.3 to R12.2.7 (Doc ID 2525518.1)

Goal

In R12.1.3, the menu defined in the function "Create document" contains

・ DOM_CREATE_DOCUMENT
・ BNE_CREATE_DOCUMENT

However, there is no DOM_CREATE_DOCUMENT in R12.2.
Is it fine to have BNE_CREATE_DOCUMENT only?
