Is There A Way to Populate the following Tables "jai_item_templ_dtls" and "jai_reporting_associations" Or An API? (Doc ID 2526441.1)

Goal

As part of India localization, we need to populate item classification - Item Template assignment and Item Reporting codes (i.e. HSN) assignment.
It is a manual process and user needs to do these assignments as in attached document for each item.

To do this we have to populate following two tables but we are not able to find any API.
1. Insert and Update On "jai_item_templ_dtls" base table
2. Insert and Update On "jai_reporting_associations" base table

If no standard API is available, please let us know if we can directly insert or update to these tables
