Can Avoid Demand Transfer After Reservation Was Completed Pick Release with Auto Alloc No? (Doc ID 2529377.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Even though pick release run with "Prior Reservation Only" and auto allocate is "No",
Reservation can demand transfer.

Expected Behavior
Avoid to demand transfer, when reservation completed pick release with "Prior Reservation Only" and auto allocate is "No"

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Sales order enter for 2 qty with reservation, and sales order book.
    (N)OM > Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
  2. Run pick release with "Prior Reservation Only" checked and Auto Allocate is "No"
    (N)OM > Shipping > Release Sales Orders > Release Sales Orders
  3. Create another sales order
    (N)OM > Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
  4. Demand Transfer to new another sales order
    (N)INV > On-hand, Availability > Reservations
    Menu-bar > Tool > Demand Transfer
