Item 11 and 12 are not Displayed in PAYJPFSQ.rdf (Doc ID 2531065.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:


After applying patch 28457236 and running Payroll Report (For Si FD Report-Notification of Qualification.), the output of Item.11 and Item.12 of CSV file are not displayed.

If the element "Com_ Si_ Reporting Form" is entered, two output is displayed.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply patch 28457236

  2. Run Payroll Report (For Si FD Report-Notification of Qualification.)
     
  3.  Check the CSV file in Item.11 and Item.12

Payroll Report (For Si FD Report-Notification of Disqualification.) has the same issue for the fields "6: Serial Number of the insured" , "14: Disqualification Date - Japanese era" and "15: Disqualification Date".
