On : 12.2.6 version, Purchasing Processes

When attempting to run the BSO webservice to update the price break on a BPA, nothing happens and the price break is not updated



Steps to Reproduce :
-----------------------
1. Prepare XML payload
2. Run BSO update PO webservice
3. Nothing happens and price break on BPA is not updated
