Symptoms

The following error pops up when trying to create a wrap up:

ERRORS

Unknown application error occured .Please exit the application and try again

OR

You do not have the appropriate permissions to access this page.
Contact your system administrator if the error persists


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Application
2. Go to responsibility “Interaction History JSP Admin
4. Navigate to CRM Foundation > Interaction History > Configuration > Wrap Up > Create
3. Try to save

Observe the above error
