Symptoms

The following error pops up when trying to create a wrap up:

ERROR

Unknown application error occured .Please exit the application and try again


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Application
2. Go to responsibility “Interaction History JSP Admin
4. Navigate to CRM Foundation > Interaction History > Configuration > Wrap Up > Create
3. Try to save

Observe the above error
