Rapidwiz : Cannot Patch 10.1.2 Tools. (Doc ID 2534284.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Applications Installation

When attempting to perform a fresh install of E-Business suite 12.2 using rapidwiz / start CD 51, the following error occurs.
