Symptoms

When attempting to unassign an order from a shipment that has status 'TENDER.SECURE RESOURCES_NO RESPONSE', the following error occurs.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------------

- Create an Order Release

- Plan the Order Release to create a shipment

- Secure Resource the shipment - The tender offer will time out after 1 min as per the configurations.

- Secure Resource the shipment again - The tender offer will time out after 1 min as per the configurations.

- Withdraw the shipment

NOTE: You have add an override saved condition on the WKFLW_WITHDRAW Agent Gate, in order to be able to withdraw the shipment.
