Newly created organizations are not showing up in the Award form organization list of values (LOV).

User created new Organizations in Grants Accounting Super User -> Setup -> Human Resources -> Organizations -> Define

The organizations were added to the segment value Lookup Set and PRC: Add New Organization Compiled Burden Multipliers concurrent program was run.
