Goal

On : 12.1.3 version, GST Purchasing

GST - Auto Confirm Tax functionality is not working after enabling the same on common configuration

1. Navigate to Common Configuration
2. Click on Auto Confirm Tax Check box functionality
3. Create PO
4. Create PO receipt
5. Auto Confirm Tax Checkbox is not automatically checked
