Symptoms

 

Problem Statement:

Employee name, assignment number, and TFN are not shown in the STP validation report for the case when retropay occurred in the previous FY.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Update Legal Employer of the assignment.

     Example:
     LE1 from 01-JAN-2017 to 05-FEB-2018 ( retrospective changes happening here)
     LE2 from 06-FEB-2018 to 24-MAR-2019 ( retro entries created in this period)
     LE3 from 25-MAR-2019 (current date)

  2.  Run Single Touch Payroll Archive with the parameters below.
     Event: Update
     Legal Employer: LE1
     Financial Year: 2018/2019
     Validation Report: Yes

  3. Validation report does not show the employee name, assignment number and TFN.
