On : 12.1 HRMS RUP11 version, OTL Setup
When attempting to click 'Linked To' Field under Eligibility Criteria TAB on OTL Preferences the following error occurs even after applying <Patch 29421391>
ERROR

FRM-41072: Cannot create GROUP PEOPLE_SEGMENT8
FRM-41076: Error populating Group.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to OTL Application Developer responsibility
2. Navigate to Preferences > Eligibility Criteria tab
3. Get the error
