ACTUAL BEHAVIOR ---------------
Israeli Withholding Tax File to Tax Authority report got rejected by ITA with the following error messages:
1) Monthly / Summary There are non-numeric or negative amounts 2) Not registered in the system. The file must be repaired and re-broadcast
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1.Run Israeli Withholding Tax File
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Cannot submit to tax authorities the report Israeli Withholding Tax File.
