Symptoms

On 12.2.6 version, Approvals - Req, PO

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Connections not closing at the server and in CLOSE_WAIT.Oacore services are not accepting new connections

Noticed the error in the workflow debug log and suspect the oacore issue is due to this notification issue. Please let us know the cause of this error.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log into the application.
