Some WIP Transactions are not adding rows into the MTL_OBJECT_GENEALOGY table.
We are seeing erratic behavior regarding creation of rows in the MTL_OBJECT_GENEALOGY table.
While we were assuming that all WIP Issue and WIP completion transactions should automatically create rows in this table we find that for many such transactions there are no rows in the table.
