Symptoms

On 12.1.3 version,
When JWS is enabled, the view tree cannot be opened. However it works completely fine with JRE plugin:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. System Administrator Responsibility - Application -> Menu (query records) -> View Tree

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot click on View Tree when JWS is enabled
