ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Taxes did not flow from PO to receipts.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Taxes should have been populated correctly on receipts from PO.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will but has been observed with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing Superuser responsibility.
2. Go to Receiving > Receiving Transactions Summary
3. Query the problematic receipt.
4. Go to Tools > India Tax Details form.
5. Notice that taxes did not populate on the receipt.
