R12:AP: Tax calculation Is Not As Per Setup For Imported Invoices (Doc ID 2541430.1)

On 12.1.3

AP Open Interface Import program importing inclusive of tax when the value in 
Interface Line level states AMOUNT_INCLUDES_TAX_FLAG = 'N'. 

STEPS:
 1. Insert invoice data into interface tables and make sure to update amount_includes_tax_flag as 'Y' in lines table along with required tax attributes.

 2. Next import invoice and check whether tax line amount is included in item line or not.
