How can you add the PHONES form to the Maintain Employees Template?
When attempting to add it to the associated taskflow we get the message

FRM-40212: Invalid value for field NODE.

The PHONES node doesn't appear in the LOV as an option to add either.

However the PHONES node is seeded and available in the Taskflow Nodes form.
