When creating a new project with a certain start date, end date, the following behavior is happening:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The project budget is not having the budget start date & budget end date synchronized with the project dates

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The project budget should have the budget start date & budget end date synchronized with the project dates

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Projects responsibility > Projects:Delivery > open the project number
2. Financial tab > Budget and Forecasts > Maintain Budget Versions of the related financial plan type > Edit version number > budget Lines
