User Inadvertently Selected Recalculate Burden Cost For All Expenditures (Doc ID 2543208.1)

Goal

A user was viewing Expenditures via Expenditure Inquiry form (PAXTRAPE).  She wanted to select One-Time Hold for the expenditure items from the Tools Menu, and instead selected Recalculate Burden Cost for every record on the screen.

As a result, over 77K of burden cost was reduced to NULL.   How can this issue be resolved?
