Symptoms
E-Business Suite R12 Technology Stack, Jserv, JDK, JVM, JRE related issues
After implementing JWS, all users can open E-Business Suite Forms.
However one user reports they can not open Forms.
When they try to open Forms, IE11 opens JNLP file as XML instead.
