After Implement JAR Signing certificate and JWS changes, logos(gif/png/jpg) are missing in Reports
Symptoms
E-Business Suite R12 Technology Stack, Reports for Applications Technology issues
After Implementing JWS and JAR Signing certificate changes users report logos(gif/png/jpg) are missing in Reports, and the logo files are not loading to pdf / exel outputs.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
--> Responsibility --> run requests--> Single report
For PDF file the logo is not displaying, and for excel output files it is displaying large.
This can occur for Custom logos added to existing seeded or custom reports.
