On Release 12.2.4 version, Home page Issues

When supplier users attempt to Export Purchase Orders the following error occurs.

ERROR

Failure of Web Server bridge
No back-end server available for connection timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign on to iSupplier Portal responsibility as a supplier user.
2. Navigation: iSupplier Portal - Homepage ->> Click: "Orders" Tab ->>
4. Purchase Orders page ->> Click: "Export" ->>
5. Receive Error.
