Not Receiving APP-PO-14732 Warning Any Longer After Patch (Doc ID 2545037.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
After apply the RUP Patch APP-po-14732 will not be popup even a local BPA exit for this item on Purchase Order core form.

Expected Behavior
After apply the RUP Patch APP-po-14732 is popup when a local BPA exit for this item on Purchase Order core form.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create and approve a local BPA for an item and no approved Global BPA exist for this item
  2. Set 'PO: Automatic Document Sourcing' as Yes
  3. Check on 'Notify if Blanket PO exists' on Purchasing Option
  4. Create a PO for this item on core form no message show out to note there is a BPA exist
