Integration Notify Not Applying 'Send from address' Contact (Doc ID 2546442.1)

When uploading a file that errors, an email is received, but not from the desired email address.


Created an xml file and listed a contact_gid in the TransmissionHeader.

Configured the Contact's 'Send from address' contact to designate an email and name.

This 'Send from address' works in all cases, except for the integration notification.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create From Address Contact ID 'ABCD' from following navigation
    Business Process Automation >> Communication Management >> From Address Contacts

2. Create new contact OTMGTMSUPPORT as following
    Business Process Automation >> Communication Management >> Contacts
