Diagnostics Button in Concurrent Form Is Showing Incorrect Information For Request Set (Doc ID 2549636.1)

Symptoms

The diagnostics information shown is not for the selected request set as it's blank.
Connecting with sysadmin user and go to System administrator responsibility.
Select a scheduled request set and then click the "Diagnostics" button.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigation: System Administrator -> View -> Requests.
2.Submit a request set scheduled periodically every 2 minutes to accumulate some request sets on the view requests screen and always have one pending.
3.Submit a single request scheduled periodically every 2 minutes to accumulate some single request on the view requests screen and always have one pending.
4.View the details of the pending request set.
5.Now exit that and select one of the single requests.
6.Click Diagnostics button. Post patch, incorrect request_id is displayed.
7. No click OK
It shows the request set details canvas for a completed request set, and it is blank.
