ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When the Latest Start Date changes the Start Date of Polish Tax Card is unchanged.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected that effective start date of Polish Tax Card be changed automatically when latest start date changes.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Using Polish HRMS Manager responsibility

2. Go to People > Enter and Maintain > People start date is on 19-11-2018

Also:
>> Assignment (start on 19-11-2018)
>> Polish Tax Card (start on 19-11-2018)

3. Change the 'Latest Start Date' to 19-12-2018

4. Navigate to Assignment form > Polish Tax Card

Start Date of Polish Tax Card is unchanged.
