Symptoms

PAXCPGAL generates Asset Lines but does not update REVENUE_DISTRIBUTED_FLAG to 'Y' as it returns to 'N'.

PAXCPGAL generates Asset Lines (in pa_project_asset_lines and pa_project_asset_line_details) but does not update pa_expenditure_items_all.revenue_distributed_flag to 'Y' for expenditure_items with more than one row in pa_cost_distributions_lines_all (due to adjustments)
