Shipping Method Not Available In Sourcing Rule Window (Doc ID 2550995.1)

Goal

Shipping Method has been defined between two locations that are child inventory orgs of same Primay Org
However, when trying to use the shipping method in Sourcing Rule window the LOV returns no rows.
