Symptoms

 You find one of the following conditions exists for an ECO:

• The ECO has an Implemented status but not all revised item records have a status of Cancelled or Implemented status
• The ECO has a Cancelled status but not all revised item records have a Cancelled status
• One or more revised items have an Implemented status (some revised items may have a Cancelled status) but the ECO does not have an Implemented status
• All revised items have a Cancelled status but the ECO does not have a Cancelled status
