Can You Enable The Depot Repair Line Estimate Flexfield On The Repair Estimate Tab? (Doc ID 2552509.1)

Goal

 On the Service Order form > Estimates tab  the 'Repair Estimates Lines' flexfield is not displayed.   Is it possible to enable the flexfield.
