ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Encounter the following error when attempting to perform and save account alias issue related transaction associated with item
The transaction has failed. Another process has consumed the required material. Please delete this transaction record, close and re-open the form in order to re-enter the transaction.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Be able to successfully perform account alias issue related transaction associated with item with no errors.
ERROR

The transaction has failed. Another process has consumed the required material. Please delete this transaction record, close and re-open the form in order to re-enter the transaction.
STEPS
--------
1. Navigate to miscellaneous transactions form and choose the organization.
2. Enter item , subinventory, locator, lot and quantity
3. Try to save and encounter error.
