Employee Name Is Not Showing Up Once A AR Collector Is Setup And Saved And Then Again Queried. (Doc ID 2554984.1)

Symptoms

When defining a collector, the Employee Name field is required.  If the employee that is selected from the list of values, is not imported as a resource, the employee name won't show in the form, even though it is saved to AR_COLLECTORS.

The form should should show the employee, or show a proper error on if further steps are required for it to show.


Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation
: Setup > Collections > Collectors

  1. Define a collector, and select an employee that is not imported as a resource.  Save
  2. Receive confirmation that the record was saved.
  3. Query the record just created, the Employee field is blank.
