R12: Project List Commitments Showing Zero in the Project Performance Reporting but Shows Accurately in Project Stauts Inquiry (PSI). (Doc ID 2555334.1)

Symptoms

Total committed cost is zero in the Project Performance Reporting pages but the Cost (PSI) page shows an accurate value. The user indicates the Project Performance Setup is checked for 'Use Project Performance Reporting and Project Status Inquiry for Reporting' and the processes are run in the following order:

1) PRC: Update Project Summary Amounts
2) PRC: Update Project and Resource base Summaries with Extract Commitments = YES
3) PRC: Update Project Performance Data

Yet the data is not showing.
