On : 12.2.6 version, Requisition

PDS Interface Does Not Allow GL Date to be Overridden When Linking to a PR

Currently the application does not have an option to pass a GL date when the PDS interface is used to create an award or award mod via POLinkReqDist function. The interface always defaults to system date when using POLinkReqsDists function. How can we have the option to populate a different GL date other than System Date.
