Order Base Not Getting Updated If The Update XML Has Different Number Of Lines Than The Original (Doc ID 2555956.1)

Symptoms

The issue is that when an Order Base(OB) integration with R transaction code and one OB line referenced to an existing order base with 2 lines included neither line is changed when the transmission has completed. The customer expects the integration to remove one line and replace the other leaving one line on the OB and also release it. The integration process was erroring out.
