AU: Error Element Type HECS Deduction After Applying Patch 29870343 (Doc ID 2556814.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to run quick pay with date paid:2019-JUL-03( this issue occurs when the paid date is later than July) for the assignment who has retro entries on HECS/SFSS Deduction in previous calendar such as 2018-DEC-01, the following error occurs.

Error was encountered when processing assignment 11111
Error was encountered when processing Element Type HECS Deduction
ZZZ

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Access the responsibility : AU HRMS Manager

  2. Query employee with HECS and add retro entry for element which is backdated to Dec-2018.
     
  3.  Run Quick retro pay
  4. Run Quick Pay
  5. Above error can be seen
