R12 11i: PAXINRVW: Why is FND_RUN_FUNCTION not invoking the URL for Invoice Review? (Doc ID 2557221.1)

Goal

Using the FND_RUN_FUNCTION.get_run_function_url to invoke the Applet form from a URL with specific parameters, but it is not opening the Invoice Review/Summary (PAXINRVW) form.

Steps taken:

1) Run the query to get the value of the function_id.

Value returned would be the URL.

3) Open up the forms Projects responsibility in i.e. Internet Explorer.

4) In i.e. Internet Explorer, open up a new tab.  Copy and paste the URL from step 2 and press the Enter button.  The URL will not open up the Invoice Review/Summary form, but errors with,

FRM-47023: No such parameter named
G_QUERY_FIND exists in form PAXINRVW.

Click OK. Another error.

FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item
PARAMETER.G_QUERY_FIND.

Click OK. Another error.

FRM-47024: Parameter PROJECT_ID type does not match definition in form PAXINRVW.
