The Warranty Dates Are Not Getting Synced When We Change The Installed Date In Item Instance (Doc ID 2558162.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For some IB instances, when the 'Installed Date' field for an IB item instance is updated in IB UI, the associated contract warranty Start Date is not getting updated.
Note: The contract coverage has the 'Synchronize Date Installed' checkbox checked.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the associated contract warranty Start Date to get updated when the 'Installed Date' for an IB item instance is updated in IB UI, and when the contract coverage has the 'Synchronize Date Installed' checkbox checked.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Installed Base Agent User > Item Instances > Search Item Instance X
2. Update the field "Installed Date"
3. Go to Service Contracts > Search contract associated to the item instance X > There is no change to the contract warranty date.
