Incorrect Order Release Manager Layout Behavior When Making "Use as Template" or "Template Type" Hidden or Read Only (Doc ID 2558659.1)

Symptoms

On the Order Release Manager Layout, when "Use as Template" and "Template Type" fields are made either Read Only or if Check Box "Show" in unchecked, the Order Configuration, Source Location and Destination Location fields are Mandatory and should not be when going to the screen set and click new, If the Template Type is made Read Only or is hidden, then when you click on the Ship Units Tab, you get an error:
