Symptoms
Blanket PO release document does not show the quantity correctly. it just populates "NaN".
Expected Behavior
Blanket PO release document should show the quantity correctly.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a Blanket PO release in form.
2. Verify the Quantity is correct.
3. Click View Document to print the document in PDF.
3. Verify the quality show as "NaN".
